Workflow Computing is a solutions focused supplier of rugged computer hardware, so we want you to buy the right product for your application and be completely happy with your purchase., and then hopefully return later and order again from us!

Due to the huge number of different (and always changing) computer options available today, and the fact you can buy 24/7 directly from our webstore it is important that if you are unsure about exactly which product you need for your application, or if a particular case will fit your tablet computer etc, that you please reach out to us via phone on +612 8999 9699 or via email at sales@workflowcomputing.com.au to discuss your requirements before purchasing online.

On any web orders we receive we will also try to contact you individually to ensure you have purchased the correct product, and find out about how you are planning to use this product in your business, so we can make further recommendations about what other products and accessories might be able to improve your workflow etc.

If you still have somehow purchased the wrong product, then please contact us immediately (or at least within 7 days of receiving your goods) to discuss how we can assist you with remedying the situation.

If we are able to replace the wrong product with the right product, there might be restocking fees that apply up to 15% of the purchase price.
We are unable to replace products if you simply change your mind after purchasing. Workflow Computing complies with Australian Consumer Law, and will do our very best to help you get a resolution.

If there are any defects or quality issues with products we supply, we will work with the manufacturer to have these repaired or replaced under warranty.

If products are broken whilst being used, you need to check the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions to see what is covered i.e. do they cover just component malfunction or accidental damage as well? Most manufacturers will not cover accidental damage, so if you need this included please ask us about the different warranty options for a particular product before purchasing. The more you can tell us about your use case and operating environment the more likely we can supply a better solution. Products broken that are not covered by warranty still might be able to be repaired, so contact us for repair options.
